Drawn from the banks of the Huon River at Judbury, this work explores the brief moment when the aurora dissolves the familiar landscape into light and shadow. Built with layered coloured pencil, the drawing is less a record of an event than an attempt to capture its stillness, uncertainty and fleeting luminosity.
